Integration / Services / Operational context
An interface connecting three environments.
The Trouble Ticket environment as an intelligence interface across sales context, internal work and service operations.
01 / Intelligence Hub
CRM, Intranet and Trouble Ticket handle different parts of the same reality: what was sold, the work performed and what needs operational follow-up. Consulting each environment in isolation fragments that context.
Intelligence Hub is the interface bringing these three environments closer together. Support is one part of it, alongside relationships between customers, sales history, contracts, assets and technical knowledge.
02 / What I built
I built the service environment and its shared interface to organize that context. Its CRM connection makes customers, sales history and installed-base data available from the operational environment.
The architecture considers the ecosystem of CRM, Intranet and Trouble Ticket. Connections are implemented by domain with their own permissions: an integrated vision does not mean every synchronization across all three environments is complete.
03 / Capabilities and deliverables
Navigation, search, page context and shared components across service-environment modules.
Configurable CRM connection, customer search, registration links and authorized sales and installed-base lookup.
Ticket lifecycle, classification, assignment, comments and separate tracking of first response and resolution.
Infrastructure management and CMDB, relating companies, configuration items and support.
Articles and procedures, plus the Gandoc module for turning firewall configurations into structured reports.
Service identities, permissions and audit trails bound system exchanges and access to each company's context.
04 / Decisions that shaped it
CRM owns sales, the Intranet organizes execution and knowledge, and the service environment brings support and operations together. The interface connects those responsibilities.
Reading CRM commercial data is an implemented connection. Direct Intranet connections and broader flows evolve in stages; planned architecture is not presented as complete synchronization.
A broader view must preserve company and role boundaries. Bringing information into one interface does not grant unrestricted access to source data.
05 / My contribution
My work on this project also included interface design, information organization and the application of Gantech's visual identity.
06 / Current stage
An operational interface with implemented service modules and commercial connections, oriented toward an integrated ecosystem view. Cross-environment integrations continue to evolve.
Private corporate environment. The case presents only the systems' functional context.
